Indents on back of leaf

Hello, I just noticed some small rounds indentations on the back of one of the leaves of my Phal, I haven’t noticed any pests.. is this some kind of infection? Thanks

First, Welcome!

It looks like old damage. Might have been pests at some time, or physical damags. But the damage appears to be well dried up. It isn't going to hurt anything - won't go away, but unlikely to spread either.

You should just observe the plant - if the spots get bigger, or more appear, there could still be a pest Example, a tiny snail (bush snail) or slug. If you want to look for changes, you could make a circle around the spot you're watching using a Sharpie. Then it is easy to see changes. So keep an eye on it. If it does turn out to be something that is still happening, then you can diagnose and treat.
