Viral infection? Please help me save my orchid

Hello,

I just recently these underneath one leaf - I found mealy bugs on the plant a while ago, and when I found the mealy bugs, i also found some spots underneath this leaf that looked like something ate the bottom of the leaf as they were little holes that didn’t go all the way through to the top of the leaf.

So now that the mealy bugs are gone for about a month, but a few days ago I found these “rings” developed around the holes/spots as shown in the attached photos. I’m wondering if any of you know what these are and if they are viral infections?

Welcome! That's leftover damage from the mealy bugs. After the injury tissue around the hole dies back. Unless they spots continue to enlarge it isn't a problem. Sometimes fungus or bacteria can enter through those holes but it isn't common.

Be watchful. There's a good chance they aren't completely gone.
