I spotted this little leaf here and is kinda awkward cause is very high from the other leaves

Phals sometimes form partial leaves at nodes on flowering stems. It might or might not go on to form a plantlet.

I agree. I have occasionally seen a tiny leaf like that which never develops into anything else. But time will tell whether it will develop into a keiki.
