I'm not entirely convinced of underwatering. That plant is putting out a crazy amount of new growth, so it could just be rationing water/nutrients from the existing growth to push the new growth. The pot is a bit too large for this little plant, so increasing the water frequency might not be beneficial. I'd also point out that you'll want to make sure that plant isn't wiggling in any breeze or during watering. If it is, those root tips could abort when they touch the media you'll lose the plant quickly.
