Mouting help

Is it good enough or is it too tight/much of sphagmoss?
This is my ionopsis ultriculariodes I have had it on this mount for half a month, and now it seems to sprout a new leaf(or spike?) for me in the middle. I only assuming that it is doing well but I'm not too sure so myself.

Same here... looks fine. I always start out with a little more moss because of what Ray says ^^

Looks good to me. If you have new growth, that's great - it's the new roots that will attach to the mount. And the sphag is on top of the roots, which is fine - gives needed moisture. There should be no moss underneath the plant (can't see that of course) - you want the new roots to attach to the mount not the moss. The moss on top of the roots does a good job of giving the plant moisture.

thank you all, and yes I'm kinda afraid that it'll attach to the moss instead of the cork even thought there isn't any moss behind the orchid. But I suppose that's is fine since the moss will remove it self overtime.

Don't worry or overthink it. Be patient, you have done a good job on mounting. The moss on top is important to keep the plant hydrated.
