What are your temperatures?

Thanks for the answer, I’ll think I’ll try to esker more often.
Temperature is around 18-22C day/night.

They are quite wet all the time. But they also get air around the roots, because the bark medium has lots of air space. In the late winter or early spring, after it is done blooming, a repot into fresh medium would be helpful. It looks like a slightly larger pot is needed too - but don't overdo it. Just allow for about 2 years' growth. Cyms bloom best when they are ready to break the pot.

Thank for answering Roberta!
My plan is to repot it in the early spring in a slightly larger pot.
