I think for a plant like this with relatively minor dehydration, its just a matter of appropriate light, fertilizer, and water (assuming there are no root issues not shown in the photo). Luckily, there isn't a particular trick you need to do to undo the stress of shipping. Just all round good care and a bit of time will do the trick. It sounds like your "dumb luck and a lot of patience" did the trick for the other plants, so you must be doing something right!
