Default Phalaenopsis new leaf fallen over

Hello,
I recently repotted my phalaenopsis and it seemed like it was doing ok, but then the top baby leaf fell over last week. I talked to it and told it to perk up. All the other leaves look really healthy and the root system seemed ok when I repotted it. A couple days later it was upright again. Then again a couple days and it fell over to the other side! Any ideas? I am bewildered and don't know what to do The plant looks healthy but I'm wondering if I have crown rot.

New growing leaves are often floppy. They stiffen up after they’re done growing. Mine will flop/reach towards the window in a dramatic fashion, so I turn them every few days to keep the leaf from firming up and permanently setting in a ridiculous position. After they’re firm they stay put.

If you just repotted that plant, it's far too high in the pot. The newest roots should be potted into the medium, whose surface should be just below the bottom leaves. Leaves that were stiff but become floppy can be a sign of wilting from underwatering. That could happen with most roots exposed and drying quickly.

If the plant has a bare, rootless section of stem below, you can cut that off below the roots. Let it dry, then repot into a pot that just holds the roots.
