New World Orchids - Vendor Question

I know there is a vendors forum, but, 1) being a new member, I don't think I have enough posts to post there and 2) I am not interested in posting any negative feedback about a vendor and don't even want to appear to do so. And I have searched through the vendor forum and cannot find any information.

So I am asking as a true newbie and with absolutely no intention of being rude or implying anything negative about the vendor....

I am considering a purchase from New World Orchid. I sent a question through their website and got an answer back within a day. I asked a follow up question about 2 weeks ago with no response.

Is everything okay at NWO, does anyone know? I hesitate to purchase if they're out of town. The site looks very good and I see a lot of good reviews. I'm wondering if anyone has purchased there recently (mid- to late August into September 2022).

New World Orchids a very reputable vendor. She usually responds quickly.

It is possible the email hit her spam folder or for somereason was missed.

I would try sending it again.
