Is this a flower spike? Den. Antennatum

I've been wanting to try growing an antelope type dendrobium for a while, and back in May I bought/received my first one from Andy's Orchids; a Den. Antennatum.

The cane that was growing when I got it seems to have finished and a new cane has started a bit further back on the plant, which has me super excited!

But I was looking at my plants just now and noticed a little 'nubbin' thing on the newest cane. Is this potentially a flower spike?

If so, I feel like I've done well growing this little guy on a shelf in my apartment.
