If the pseudobulb is off color or soft I would just call it a loss honestly. If it's just the leaves that are yellowing the plant might recover with time (a lot of time)

Psychopsis is am amazing plant but it can be extremely slow to recover from things.

Thanks. Yeah, I don’t have a good feeling about this.

The pseudo bulb is black-ish but firm. It lost the one leaf and the black and yellow from the base of the good leaf is getting worse. I will attach some more pics.
