so do vendors charter planes to take all their stuff to these shows?? seriously, how do they get them all there?

They air freight them. They fly themselves, then pick up the boxes at the airport freight terminal.

In the past Bela Vista has brought only pre orders
I have seen Him just sitting at his table with a few plant bundle packages left, he may sell what plants have not been picked up by no shows.

I hope I didn't jinx the orchid world but it is that time of year, certainly doing the show in May is much safer....let me quote myself,

"Feels like its been eons.... but (fingers crossed" barring another major disaster, the show is back on and I just noticed the vendor list was posted on their site"

Hunker down if you need, but I think the show will be fine. The weather should settle down in plenty of time. We're keeping a close eye on it, too.
