Ok, ok, so I am old school. I love books...real books, not kindle books or books you read from a pdf. I recently read one I would love to recommend. It’s been out there a while, and although there is some outdated classification details, the story is wonderful and exciting. Orchid Hunting in the Lost World (and elsewhere in Venezuela). Dunsterville, and Dunsterville. It is well written and I did not find it a difficult read, but compelling and informative. It is like walking in a fantasy land when orchid discoveries were fresh and new. It is the trip to South America, I have always wanted, from bugs and snakes (I love snakes, too), to beautiful birds, and orchids. It is an old, but a goody. Time well spent!
