Hey all...was wondering if anyone is going to the Dallas, pop up sale this weekend. Equagenera will be there along with other vendors. I am stoked.

Ooooo I hadn’t even heard about the pop up sale. I did just make a big order from Sunset Valley Orchids and I’m about to leave the country for a few weeks… so maybe not the best time to buy more new orchids.
But I suppose I can still go have a look 😆

Looking is free, but if I were a betting woman...I would guess if you went there, you would drop some coin.

It was different than expected, yet a very fruitful venture. The space was tight, and people were actually running to the back gate from the end of a very long line. Southern courtesies absent, folks were shoving and pushing. However, I enjoyed it very much and will return anytime they show up in close proximity. Prices were phenomenal. selection was good, but I was mostly in it for the cattleyas. I can't speak for other genera. I restrained myself, mostly because my husband had the credit card. I purchased 2 cattleyas (Laelia purpuratas). They are large, healthy plants with multiple leads. I am thrilled with my treasures.

Any idea if they're going to come back?
