Could this be a keiki?

Hello all,

I have this phalenopsis orchid which I bought about 7 months ago and repotted it after blooms fell off. Now its growing a new leaf and one of the nodes on the old spike is having a new growth, it doesnt look like the typical new spike its very thick and fleshy. Can anyone help me with identifying if this could be keiki. Also I havent used any keiki paste. Although I've been in the orchid hobby for 2 years I've never had a keiki grow so I'm very curious if this could be a keiki. I'm attaching some pictures.

It might be a new flower stalk. Phals can grow more flowering stems from nodes on old stems that haven't done anything before.

Yeah you are right secondary spikes can grow on the old stalk but this one looked so different from the rest it was thick and fleshy thats why I was just hoping it could be a keiki but that was wishful thinking I guess Thank you for your response!
