ha, yeah i hear ya on that! i think the exciting thing to me is not knowing whats going to come out of it. could be amazing, could be a dud....but new, unflowered hybrids is exciting to me!

and also yes, we have lost a lot of small stragglers. one flask completely died, but i realized now we should have left it in the cup for awhile longer. and the cost of learning per unit is much lower on seedlings!

Go to the Marni Turkel Web site and read about deflasking. I strongly suggest you start with one flask only and don't get another for at least 6 months.
