Glad that you got upload to work. (It is a "feature" of the old forum software that makes photos appear upside down or sideways... we're used to it) I moved this into the forum where your related posts live (You had it in the Membership Forum where it would likely never be seen)

I don't see any problem with the plant. Looks like a normal Phalaenopsis. Perhaps you can get a close-up of the spots that you were worried about, ideally with better light.
