The temperatures are between 20°C - 25°C right now. The higher temps occur if it's sunny, otherwise it stays at 21°C-22°C during the day. I've no idea how the air flow is, but looking at the mist from the humidifier there seems to be some air movement though.
There are only holes in the middle of the bottom of the pot and none on the sides (that seems to be standard here in Sweden though). I don't know if Oncidopsis likes holes/slits in the sides though.
I'll leave it be and hope for the best.
