Psygmorchis Pusilla - what to do?

Hi - A friend showed up at my door and gave me a Psygmorphis Pusilla attached to a husk like square. Had never heard of this orchid before. I put it on a "rock" easel and later put it with the easel in a mason jar under plant lights. It is so delicate looking. Any advice as to care?

I don't think tiny little things like this are a good idea for a centrally heated home in Wyoming until the grower has a lot more experience. The color of the leaves compared to the flower stems looks bad to me. I think it might be dead already.

Almost no miniature orchids want a huge pad of sphagnum moss over the roots. It keeps them from getting enough air and chokes the roots. It would be better if they were on the surface of the mount, in an area with extremely high humidity and proper temperatures for this orchid. I wouldn't try something this tiny without a terrarium having good air circulation and proper temperatures.

Grows warm to hot, and requires HIGH humidity. Never grown it, but Travaldo's is always a good starting place to read about general culture of the plant...
