there was a time, billions of years ago, when man was only a dream in the sleeping little eye of your preferred deity (be it god, or allah, or a turtle, or perhaps even a flying spaghetti monster). one morning, when they opened their eyes on the incomprehensible vastness of reality, they decided that orchids were a pretty good idea.

fast forward a couple years, and now rulers of men inhabit this puny little ball of dust and water. they make big decisions. lives are on the line. important stuff you might say.

but even the lowliest of bacteria know their actions are not nearly as important as YOU WINNING this contest....the most important orchid game of chance available on our humble interwebs.

and because we know all of you are just sitting back, twiddling your thumbs and staring at your withering orchids waiting for an update before you place your oh so important bet - we will give you one tiny update.
2 weeks on now. this should help you all narrow down your guess! and, to secure some tiny amount of crediblity for this fiasco, we are putting a closing date on guesses!

thats right, you now only 14 days from todays date to place your bet! and by my spectacular calculating abilities, that is May 8, 2022.

come on suckers, pony up!! you only get one chance to be a winner in life, and this could be your chance!!
