Looks like there is a nice, fat, new growth on its way.
Notice it is moving toward the center of the pot. That tells me the last person to pot it up knew what they were doing. Unless the medium is either “going south” or doesn’t work well in your conditions, there appears to be room in that pot, so you might not need to move it up.
Soon, new roots will emerge from the base of the growth. If you are going to repot, do so when they get to about 1/2 in length, as that’ll be the perfect time to repot, being careful not to damage the tips.
Some of those aerial roots look bad, others look “OK”. I’d remove the bad ones and stick the others in the pot when you move it.
