This new to me Catt is showing off it's roots outside it's old pot, and unfortunately I grow Catt indoors where humidity is low. I my not be able to mist it daily. With the new shoot I bet there are nice new roots under there also which can be a good time to repot.
Should I repot? If so how should I manage the hanging roots? Thank you!

Looks like there is a nice, fat, new growth on its way.

Notice it is moving toward the center of the pot. That tells me the last person to pot it up knew what they were doing. Unless the medium is either “going south” or doesn’t work well in your conditions, there appears to be room in that pot, so you might not need to move it up.

Soon, new roots will emerge from the base of the growth. If you are going to repot, do so when they get to about 1/2 in length, as that’ll be the perfect time to repot, being careful not to damage the tips.

Some of those aerial roots look bad, others look “OK”. I’d remove the bad ones and stick the others in the pot when you move it.

A "trick'" that I used when I have a plant that is going wild with the roots but it isn't the right time to repot, or roots are stuck on, is to carefully cut the pot (away from where the roots are growing) down the side so that I can open it up partially - I don't remove or disturb the plant. Then I drop the whole thing into a larger pot, with coarse bark. By cutting the pot, the roots have a chance to escape, and it doesn't stay wet. Eventually, in a future repotting, you will be able to easily remove the small pot but there is no rush.
