Hi there! Im new to this forum, but not really new to orchids, but I have a problem. I have an Epidendrum (now encyclia or something?

) "joseph lii" that I accedentally rotted. The plant was about 4 inches in hight (seedling) but the bottom 1.5 inches got rotted. Is there any way that I can cut off the healthy top and get it to survive?
