As some of you know, since receiving this plant back in the spring of '21 it has exploded with new growth. In 5 months it put out 5 new PBs. Now there are two more! The 4 oldest of these new growths had developed sheaths. Two of those sheaths have dried and one has fallen off. The others remain green. This I'm not concerned with. The plant seems happy. There are two new growths (see pic). My question concerns what is in the other pic. One of the dried sheaths has fallen, and where it was there is a tiny green nub. Since I have little experience with catts and their relatives, I wanted to know if this could be the start of a flower spike? I know that time will tell, but it is just something I observed and wanted to know what the more experienced crowd thinks.
