Default Root rot rescue

So I got this Phal as a gift. It had extreme root rot with only a couple of viable roots left. I repotted it in early Jan. Its now growing new roots as seen in a couple of the photos.

I am wondering if anyone has any idea about the yellowish green leave and red spots on the leaves. (Not the little lowest leaf, but the other single leaf pic.) I did use hydrogen peroxide on the roots when potting and have used a gentle neem oil on the leaves. It was in flower when I received it and I left the spike for awhile. During initial recovery the spike started growing and showing additional blooms. When the leave started looking odd I cut it.

It gets watered apprx every 4 days when dry. I soak it for 10-15 minutes. I live in a dry climate and have a humidifier and humidity trays. Avg humidity at my plants is 40-50 %

My other Phals are fine.

I have not tryed auxins on phals but I have tried them on other orchids and the roots really come back well. Kelp meal, or root stimulator/plant starter. Just a little in the water has really helped me get roots going again.

I have use kelp. And roots are coming back back. I am concerned about the leaf discoloration.
