Default Enough dreining and ventilation?

After posting some pictures on the identificaton-forum, i was told i had to repot some of my orchids. I have them in glas-vases, with dreining in the bottom.
Now ive put some stones 1/3 in the vase, and ive used bigger bark as medium along with some of the smaller bark from before repotting.

It looks like, for me, that theres good enough ventilation and dreining?

But this is the first time ive repotted, mabe someone could comment on the pictures?
Does it look as it should?

The Oncidium.

The Phalanopsis.

Both look fine. Just don't let them stay wet like this. This is how they should look right after watering. Before you water again, let the roots turn whitish (not green).

Does your glass container have holes on the bottom? It looks like they don't. Aren't they supposed to have an outlet in the bottom?

Yes it have dreining, but only one hole. Therefore ive put in the rocks and bigger bark to increese the dreining and ventilation.
An outlet, what it that? An opening underneath?
Sorry, had english in school, but...

Lene. Be careful not to put this glas pots in direct sun! They will act as small greenhouse and the temperature will raise to dagerous levels and damage (boil) the roots! Otherwise they look very nice but make sure you let them dry enough between watering.
