Last Bud will not open on Phals

I have two Phal orchids that have one remaining, fully formed, bud that will not open. All of the other buds have been fully opened for several weeks.

Both buds look normal and healthy. Is there anything I can do to trigger the last buds to open or just accept the fact they may never open.

Also, I planned to move the orchids after they fully bloomed to a new location so they can be seen more easily. The new locations would have lower light levels as they are currently under my LED grow lights. Anything wrong with this approach? I haven't had any problems in the past.

You just need to be patient.

Phals are low light plants. If your hand casts an indistinct shadow that is enough for Phals.
