Pots are too large for all of them.

Where can I find 2 inch pots? I put the larger plants in a 4 inch and the smaller in a 3 inch because that's all I had. I didn't realize these plants would be that tiny.

Pot size goes by root system size. Don't want to go too big.

You can use anything for a pot. Plastic food containers? Plastic drinking cups? Just poke or drill some holes.

I just finished working 13 hours and labor and delivery was still on the brain and i was tired. I got home and saw 4 plants and my mind went blank.
A plant loving friend that knows more than what she let's on talked to me and I got the plants potted and they actually look quite happy today. Receiving bare root plants in the mail is very new to me as well as getting something besides a phal so I was in a little shock they were actually here.
I ask advice in wanting to 100% do the right thing. I also just need some reinforcement for what I know is correct.
I am getting things up to par for these little plants so I should hopefully keep them happy for quite a while
Thanks to everyone offering advice!

“Defense” can also, sometimes be referred-to as “rationalization” or “excuse”.
I’ve been at this game for 50 years, so have had the opportunity to “defend” myself many, many times, and it can get worse, such as when your obsession has grown and you often get new plants.
(Carefully picking the shredded paper used for packing off of it…) “No, honey. This is not a new plant. It’s been in the greenhouse for a while, but it’s never had a spike before!”

Thanks for Man-splaining things for me. What I choose to spend money is only my concern. If I want to purchase 5 million orchids, quite frankly, it's my prerogative. It's my money to spend and I can waste as much of it on plants that I might kill. I surely hope not, but it is a possibility.
By the way, it has been quite some time since I purchased any plants.....especially ones that stay inside my home and need any extra care past fertilizer and water.

Don't take things personally on this forum. The style of advice-giving that you are reacting to is the norm here for whatever the reasons..... You will get used to it lol! Experienced orchid people mean well and it is nice of them to share their knowledge, but, sometimes they don't realize that the way of their communication can come through condescending. Just let it go.

Please don’t take my responses as criticism or “mansplaining”, and accept my apology if it seemed that way. You made several posts asking advice for plants with a fair range of plants, and that made me think you had fallen into the trap so many of us have before. If you haven’t, you’ve better self control than do I!
My second response was all about me and my occasional rationalizations, and I had hoped you found it funny.

Not all Oncidium should be given the same care.

The first two are complex intrageneric Oncidium hybrids that are not hard to grow. They will do fine with basic Oncidium care.
The last is not an Oncidium and is not a Miltonia. It is a hybrid in genus Miltoniopsis. Miltoniopsis have quite different requirements from most Oncidium hybrids. They prefer cool temperatures, high humidity, good air circulation and roots never drying out. Imagine outside San Francisco or seaside La Jolla weather.
