Here’s a picture of the roots… as you can see some of the bulbs are growing under and some upon the other, so some of the roots won’t be covered, thats why im asking

I see now. Looks like it's already been potted too deep for awhile. Had to download and rotate your picture so I could see what was doing on.
I'll take a couple pictures here in a bit, but I have a phone call to make real soon. I'll be back in a bit. Meanwhile, pick out a few more pieces of the bark on top of other pbulbs if you have time, and take another picture or two. Is that a pure bark mix, or has other components in it?

Pure bark mix, and I added some spag moss.
I gently pulled upward the orchid, Is it good enough right now?

Still looks a bit deep to me... remove the top layer of bark as WW advised (so whole pseudobulbs are exposed) and get rid of the sphag. It is better to water more frequently than to keep it soggy.

So it doesn't matter that the roots will be exposed?

Need to see those pbulbs...
Where are they?

Maybe get some smaller bark chunks going there on the top part after you've exposed the pbulbs?

Unlike yours, my psychopsis's bulbs are upon each other, so the older bulb will be potted much deeper than the new growth, thats once again why I'm asking what should I do, Because if I'll repot it differently the plant will be loosy and lots of his roots will be exposed

You are getting advice I agree with down the line already, but I think a couple things that concern you are being missed:
- It is perfectly okay for orchid roots to be above/outside the media. They grow on the surface of tree trunks and branches in their natural environment and some roots (aerial roots) stick out into the air. The white outside coating of the root absorbs water and holds it while the inner part takes it in.
- If all or nearly all the roots are outside of the media, your orchid will probably need some TLC temporarily until it establishes roots in the media. One way to do this is to mist the plant lightly morning and noon and maybe more often if it is completely dry between misting.
- If the absence of roots in the media allows the plant to topple over, you will need to tie it to a stake or use a rhizome clip (U-shaped metal clip that fits over the edge of the pot and holds the plant in the media.
- When oncidiums/psychopsis bulbs have been stair-stepping upward, you may do better to plant it on a mount (it may have been grown on one in the past if the roots are above the media). We can advise you if a mounted orchid is of interest and works with your setup.

Good to see this! I just transferred a Psychopsis to LECA. How is SH working out for you with it?

Just a summary of what the Psychopsis needs... pseudobulbs need to not be buried. So removing the top layer of bark (and the sphagnum) will accomplish that. Don't rush to repot - these hate having roots disturbed. It would not do well mounted. The roots need to be undisturbed... if some are at the top of the medium, no problem... In my experience, Psychopsis can be grown somewhat drier than most Oncidiums but do need moisture - well drained medium is important.
