I m having few issues with some of my orchids. Most of them have the new leaves smaller, some part like "burned" and some weird yellow white stuff underneath the leaves. I attached some pics can anyone give me some advice or should I give up.. it started with 1 orchid and now I have like 7 this way.
Thanks
While I cannot say it is the sole cause of the issues, they all took entirely too dry! In my experience, phalaenopsis need to have their potting media stay at least slight slightly wet at all times.
The damage, itself, appears to be mechanical, suggesting some critter is mauling them.
Without seeing the undersides, you may have mealy bugs or scale insects, or spider mites. Search the forum on these terms to find photos. It's in the top maroon menu.
I agree they are being kept too dry.

As you can see from the comments so far, there are a number of possible causes and many more have not been mentioned. We need to know a lot more about the plants condition and history to diagnose the problem. Can you help us out with a brief history, your watering and fertilizing practices, where does your water come from, and perhaps close-up photos of the leaf bottoms.
