I wonder if those leaves are growing so fast that they did not have a chance to fully open as they emerged from the growth point (and were squeeze a little) It will be interesting to see if they flatten out with time. That looks like one very healthy plant - roots are beautiful.

I have just one Phalaenopsis in my collection that has similar-looking lengthwise waves in its leaves, though not to the apparent extent of yours. It's always been a healthy plant, and I've just thought maybe there's something in its genetic background that causes that. Quite a few of my others, while they don't have the actual "waves," have hints in the pigmentation of lengthwise "striping" for lack of a better term.

As others have expressed, I wouldn't worry about it, just keep up the good culture! It looks happy and healthy.

Dear All
Just to share with u my orchid update on the weird wavy leave. I no longer see this type of leave on the 2 new growth.
The one circle in Red was the wavy leave which i hv posted previously
