So...Anybody Getting New Orchids for the Holidays?
Hi All, I am throwing all my Christmas money into buying orchids and orchid supplies. I was curious if others are doing the same. I am purchasing some new Angraecums (sp)....six species and a large hybrid . I am so excited I cannot hardly wait. I would love to know what others are getting? Please share!

I did indeed. I just bought a nice C. forbesii ----- which will be coming in soon (via post). I like the pinkish coloured side-lobes of the tubular-shaped lip of it (the one I'm getting that is ----- as some other ones might have other colours).
Also ----- nice purchases you made there nemesis! That's the spirit! The xmas spirit.

I hope to buy some orchids after all the holidays are over. Travel restrictions combined with the surge in online purchases and Covid illness in postal staff have made for extreme volumes of parcels which is taking longer than normal to deliver even with Express post, this made me very nervous to order anything.
When I do order Im going to be looking at Vandas and Ascocenda.

Yup, ordered some from SeattleOrchid! Phal. Hygrochila, Asco. ampullaceum, Encyclia fragrans, and Monnierara Witchcraft.
Super excited, finally expanding my collection with healthy plants that have been properly raised. All but the Encyclia are probably a year away from blooming, so thats going to be fun to wait for.
