Stem Rot?
Default Stem Rot?
Just repotted a Phalaepnosis and one of its bottom leaves fell. The leaf was green and fell off the orchid after a light tug. Is this a sign of stem rot?

Not necessarily. What does the rest of the plant look like? What are your growing conditions?

I added some pics of the plant. Temp: 60ish at night, 70 ish during the day. It used to be planted in full sphagnum moss and a switched it to a mix of perlite, bark, and moss. I used to water every 7-12 days, I just kept the medium moist. When I repotted I saw that most of the roots weren’t rotted but a lot burn marks(I think it was burn marks), there is new growth tho. There’s 6 leaves+ a new one.
