Yellowing New Growth on Oncidium

I have an Oncidium twinkle and I’d say that it’s relatively healthy, besides the fact that it needs to be repotted cuz the moss is breaking down. But one of it’s leaves on a new growth is turning yellow, the other new growth and the rest of the orchid is green. Does anyone have ideas on what it is?

As new growths develop the lower leaves usually will yellow and die. I think your plant looks healthy.

it has 2 new growths and looks good, the only leaf yellowing is the spot where the new growth is pushing out from.
It will get pushed out of the way in time anyway but most likely it's already been pulled off the plant by the new growth. Nothing to worry about
