leaf advice please

should i cut out this leaf spot?

the darkest spot of it, i believe was a burn from the led lamp i got but soon stopped using.
not sure why it looks like it spread a little.

i could cut it out and put cinnamon on where i cut.

if i do cut, should i cut “inside” the area, leaving a bit, or, should i cut into green/living a bit?
