Default Capanemia micromera - Excited for flower spikes

Got this one a few months ago, because omg it's so tiny and I just couldn't.

It finally started making these little structures. Those are flower-spikes, right?

This might seem like a stupid question, but it's so small.

Also, if anyone has care tips, those would be appreciated, too. I've started growing orchids less than a year ago and would cherish advice from more experienced growers.
  • It's under a growlight, potted in mainly spaghnum with small bark in between.
  • I give it a approx. 1/4 dose of orchid fertilizer every two weeks, otherwise spray it with (very soft) tap water every day
  • Room temperature
  • It's under a dome most of the day to keep the humidity a bit higher
