Den Nobile in S/H winter rest?

I purchased several Yamamoto dendrobium nobile orchids in March -- my first nobiles -- so this is my first experience with "winter rest." They are in semihydro now and have been outside on my porch since May. I can't find specific advice about dormancy requirements in S/H. Should I let them dry out? Temps have been in the 50's at night for about a month so I think it's time to bring them inside, just not sure how to water them. Does anyone have experiences they can share?

You can keep watering but fertilization should have stopped in August. Yamamoto wrote on their Web site overfertilizing is the commonest cause of failure to flower. They need cool winter nights to flower well. If you go to archive.org you can find the old Web site with growing instructions. Yes, thank you ES -- I had already read the Yamamoto info on the links you posted previously so I did indeed stop fertilizing in August. I guess my question is about watering. Keep steady with the S/H process of regular watering and a full reservoir throughout the winter? or allow to dry out? If the latter, then how dry? Semi dry? Catasetum dry?

The hybrids don't need to drop their leaves. Your conditions are different than mine but I wouldn't let the reservoirs go dry. Yamamoto says they reduce watering but don't let them go dry. I had some in S/H but they were eaten. I'm going to try again.
