1st orchid update/green leaf vs mottled leaf paphiopedilum care

It’s been a year since I got my first orchid Its currently growing a new spike, leaf, shoot, and many roots. I have only had issues with salt burn, but besides that it has been doing great. However, I received a green leaf paph last year in December and it looks the same. It has struggled with root rot, but I have put it in a bark mix and it is growing new roots. I have given it the same care as my mottled leaf paph except with less light. Is there anything else I should be doing differently for my green leaf paph?

Do you have a name? I think most of the non-mottled Paphs do better with more light rather than less light than mottled-leaf Paphs.

Also, in general, mottled leaves Paphs are warm growing while the non-mottled grow cooler.

Unfortunately both of my paphs were purchased from my local nursery which knows little about orchids (I was told the mottled paph was a carnivorous plant and didn’t discover it was an orchid until much later). However, I just used this chart and my green leaf looks closest to the doll’s kobold.

After looking at the care for it and the henryanum(which my green paph heavily resembles), I have found many of my answers as to why it looks the same. Thank you for your help once again
