yes i do have a similar product, but it is not specifically meant for orchids. i use it for my other houseplants.
should i give it a soak in a dilute solution?

i received it in a very bad condition, and it was advertised as a seedling. it'root were all black and mushy, and i cut them (leaving just stubs). it's base was also blackening , and i was sure that it will die.
