Help, yellow spots on Phal leaves

I'll keep an eye on it ... so far, it's just the lowest leaves on each side. I know it's natural for the bottom leaves to yellow and fall off which they're currently doing. It's just the spots which are worrying to me. But as of right now, they're pretty localized to just those areas.
