That looks like a nice healthy plant. Keep on watering it for now. Dormancy is still probably a month or two or three in the future. (that leafless little nubbin is last year's pseudobulb) When leaves do start to turn yellow start reducing water. Once they drop, stop watering, put the plant where you can ignore it. (no water, doesn't need much light either) You can repot it at that point, into a slightly bigger pot. Once new growth starts in the spring, continue to ignore it until new growth and new roots are 3 or 4 inches. (Put your hands in your pockets so that you aren't tempted to reach for the watering can)
During dormancy it really needs essentially NOTHING. Just the normal warmth of the house is fine.

Thanks Roberta...will do! I feel a little better now. I guess it's hard for me to gauge my growing environment vs. someone in another zone/environment. I can do house plants and succulents, and rescue phals but the other types I'm like "🤔🤔🧐🧐🧐. Lol

Catasetinae are actually quite good for maintaining in the house during the cold months. With no leaves, they don't even take up much room. And in spring/summer you can move it outside where it will benefit from the sunlight, warmth, humidity, and air movement. I move mine outside when they are at the "water now" stage, once nights get above about 55 deg F. Leaves can get huge, so getting them outside is beneficial, too. When they are in rapid growth, they want lots of water and lots of fertilizer - I give a top-dressing of time-release fertilizer to supplement what I may get around to giving all of the plants.
Read through the Catasetum sub-forum. Lots of good info. There are some videos from isurus79 that will give you LOTS of info on how to grow this group of orchids, which are very different from the rest.
