Yellow mark on dendrobium cane
I just noticed this and I have no idea if it is cause for concern. Anyone know if this is problematic? Thank you for your time

Is that a yellow spot or is a chunk missing? What Dendrobium is it?

I’m pretty sure it’s a yellow spot; it looks pretty uniform with the rest of the cane. It’s a dendrobium parishii.

Sometimes older Dendrobium canes turn yellow as they age. I don't think it's a disease.
