This orchid lifts out of the pot each time I water it. Should I repot it now?

It has and is putting on new growth and has a large Keikei. I found it likes less sun than my other Nobile Denbrodium and has done well since I moved it.

I am in NW Florida and the orchids are on an east facing covered porch.

What is your watering method? If you are soaking it in a sink or some similar vessel, I would suggest running water through the medium from the top instead. This way the medium won't be floating. Unless the plant is rootbound and crawling out of the pot, or if the medium is broken down, I would leave it where it is.

I do some of both. I will water from the top only and see if that helps. Thank you.

Remember, running water through the medium helps to pull air into the root zone, which I what the roots want, humid air. It will also help to flush built up salts from unused fertilizer. Good growing.
