Phals leaves limp!

The Vanda was planted in red lava cinders. It held much more water than bark or coco. It started dropping leaves and the next thing I new it was toast. The cinders were smallish particles so after watering it left virtually zero air space around the roots. Learned my lesson but good!

I am using bigger pieces than yours. They look like rocks. I think my orchids are doing better now. They are not wet. Let me see what happens in a week. Thank you guys for all your help!!!
