Den. Parishii repotting/keiki reproduction

Recently, I got a den parishii and the blooms are starting to fade. This plant also has two points of new growth and seems like it could use some more space. Is this a good time to repot?

Additionally, one of the canes fell off; I have heard that keikis can form on the canes, but is there anything I can do facilitate their growth? Or is it not possible on this cane? Thank you for your time
