Jewel Orchid and red leaves

I'm trying to make this guy happy but not sure how. His leaves were already tipped red when I bought him but it's getting worse.

I read they do not want a lot of light but like humidity? I have it in my Milsbo greenhouse which gets 65+% humidity and it's at the bottom where it doesn't receive a lot of light.

Can you give me tips for care?
