Several comments:
Never be in a hurry to divide (unless you owe someone a piece of the plant). If you make 3 divisions with 5 PBs each, you will probably only get a single new growth from each plant. If you leave a 15 PB plant alone, it will likely produce 5-8 new growths.
As to when to repot, ideally as new roots are just breaking, though most plants will do just fine being repotted at any time of the year. The main exception being the bifoliates (in particular C. amethystoglossa), which are VERY particular about being at the right stage.
