Shriveled Aerial Roots and one Yellow Leaf

Hi Everyone! I'm new to the whole orchid and plant thing in general. I was excited this year that I kept and Orchid from my birthday in July alive and it rebloomed!! All was, well is, sort of, going well until just now I noticed my aerial roots are shriveled! They were always that iridescent pretty green and plump so I don't know what is going on. I also see one of my leaves is a little yellow. The others are all fine. My plant is also blooming now so I don't want to touch or do anything to disrupt that. Please help!
