Is this a new flower spike on my masdevallia rechingeriana? And are these tiny growths leaves or also flower spikes? Thank you!

Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia may help. Two Masd. I have get spikes from behind the leaves. Have gotten plants from New World before and she is a delight to speak with and will respond to any questions.
