bud color and flower color correlation..and the color is.....

this is a followup to my 2/7 post. in a nutshell i was trying to guess what the flower color will be based on the color of the bud. This orchid was a recycle bin rescue so I had no idea what the flower color will be. Anyway here it is.. and I couldn't be happier. Its a lovely color and one I , up to now don't have in my phal collection. thanks for looking !

Ah i think I have this same NoID phal. It's a nice plant, very healthy long roots and reliable grower

Love the colour. Always good when a rescue blooms.
I recently succumbed to a Big box store yellow phal too....what can you do....they call out to you!

Nice save! Mystery orchids are always fun. I have a bunch of NOID Phalaenopsis gifted to us by one of my mom’s friends. I’ve had them for a couple of years and most are in spike now for the first time and I can’t wait to see how they bloom out.
